Refreshing Our Brand — the Story

Earlier this year, we unveiled our new logo. The modernized icon was only the beginning of a comprehensive brand refresh. We’re excited to officially launch our new tagline, messaging and imagery, which reinforces our organization’s vision.

Despite our fresh look and feel, the core of who we are remains unchanged. We are still agency driven, and dedicated to providing superior service from exceptional employees.

Our vice president of marketing, Gerald Chiddick, stated, “The energy surrounding the launch of our new brand has afforded us the opportunity to focus on many of our current strengths, and build upon new ones. Our new look energizes an already respected and established brand.”

It’s in the details
As a tribute to our 106 years of history, the new logo features the original red, white and blue color palette — and the original flag with an updated look and position. The stronger, bolder font is reflective of the modernity of the brand.  

Our new tagline — Powerful Partnerships. Mutual Success. reflects our passion for turning relationships into partnerships, and as a mutual company, our commitment to establishing success between our customers, policyholders and employees.

Living our brand
“Through superior service, specialization and innovation, we embody our brand,” said Chiddick. “The renewed visual representation of our organization reinforces our commitment to creating partnerships that achieve mutual success across all our constituencies.”

We will continue to reveal refreshed messaging and imagery that supports our renowned service model, target market expertise and focus on digital innovation.
