Innovation with Impact: Luz Bautista Honored as Guidewire All-Star
Luz Bautista, Amerisure Product Owner,
System & Product Transformation

The Guidewire® All-Star program honors professionals who turn technology into true business impact. Luz exemplifies this spirit. She leveraged her expertise to expedite Amerisure’s commercial auto release process, completing more than 20 state rating requirements and 100+ forms in a single sprint, while overseeing the successful conversion of almost 20,000 accounts and policies from legacy systems onto Guidewire Cloud.

Her efforts were pivotal to Amerisure’s journey to modernize policy administration, underwriting, and billing management with Guidewire PolicyCenter® and BillingCenter®, building on last year’s migration of Guidewire ClaimCenter® to the cloud. Today, Amerisure is a full InsuranceSuite customer in production on Guidewire Cloud, increasing agility, reducing cycle times, and improving the experience for both our agency partners and policyholders.

“Luz embodies the spirit of innovation and execution that makes digital transformation possible,” says Mark Fowler, Vice President of Product Management at Amerisure. “Her ability to navigate complex requirements and lead through change has enabled us to modernize faster and deliver meaningful results for our customers.”

Congratulations to Luz on this well-deserved recognition. Her leadership reflects the innovative spirit that will guide Amerisure as we reimagine what’s possible for our partners, policyholders, and the industry.
