Amerisure Promotes Tina McKenzie to Director of Service Desk and Operations

In McKenzie’s new role, she is responsible for Amerisure’s Information Technology (IT) Service Desk for the Company’s corporate office and 12 Core Service Centers, as well as oversee IT operations, production control and desktop management.
“Tina’s strength in collaboration and relationship building has helped her establish tremendous credibility throughout the Company,” said Trees. “Her energy, enthusiasm and leadership skills make her a great fit for this opportunity.”
McKenzie joined Amerisure in October 2005 as a Business Analyst Consultant. During her tenure, she held positions of increasing responsibility including Technical Project Manager and most recently, Operations and Service Management Manager. In 2011 and 2013, she was an IT Professional of the Year finalist in Amerisure’s Champions Through Excellence program. The program honors individuals who make outstanding contributions during the year.
McKenzie received her B.S. from Davenport University.
